The staff was super friendly at check in. The man at the front desk explained due to covid since my husband and I were only staying two nights that there would be no cleaning service to our room and if we needed extra towels or anything else all we had to do was ask. I thought that was very reasonable and did not mind at all. We stayed in a king suite and the room was much bigger than I was expecting. The room was very clean and seemed very modern. The outside of the building is also very cute and seems like it has been recently renovated.

I needed to fax some paperwork to the Insurance Company. The gentleman took time out to come around the counter and show me how to email it to the company. Instead took his time and walked me through my new phone I didn't understand it, excellent staff, excellent people.. Not to mention the night I tried to get a room and the girl checked all over town for me to see if there was any.. The next night, they were able to accommodate me for a week... Smiles on that 1.

I appreciated being able to check-in early. Staff was helpful and friendly. 2 story facility without elevator. Breakfasts were okay. Not much variety in daily hot meals. Always sausage, never bacon. Usually scrambled eggs although a couple of days held omelets. Very good instant hot chocolate. Options included eggs, sausage, waffles, instant oatmeal, yogurt and dry cereals. Breakfasts officially ends at 9:00 but staff came in then to eat and take breaks.

Overall good sized room. It was clean (besides a stain on one of the bed skirts (not the part you sleep on) which is probably the most important aspect to me when staying in a hotel. Great breakfast, decent sized dining area. Parking is tight but it seemed like there was enough, plus there is some overflow if needed. Front desk lady was really nice

WE came in for an early holiday so it was disappointing to find out there was no elevator with our room on the 2nd floor. Fortunately, Nasser offered to help us carry up our luggage so we could carry up the rest. Later, there was an issue with the shower which was fixed within the hour! The staff went all out and I thank them.
